Shipping policy

Methods & Lead Times:

• Sea Freight: approximately 4–5 weeks
• Air Freight (Express): shorter times, extra cost.
• Risk & Responsibility:  Title and risk transfer to you when the wheels are handed to the carrier. You are also responsible for any import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs fees upon delivery.
• Inspection at Delivery: Inspect packaging for visible damage. If damage is present, refuse delivery and report it promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

• Confirm fitment details before paying (size, offset, bolt pattern, finish). We cannot be held liable for incorrect orders once payment has been received.
• Have wheels installed by qualified professionals - incorrect installation may void warranty.
